1. Contenus et comportements interdits

Sont strictement interdits : tout contenu représentant un abus sexuel sur enfant (CSAM), la sollicitation ou manipulation sexuelle d’un mineur, le grooming, la sextorsion, la sexualisation d’un mineur, la traite ou toute autre forme d’abus, d’exploitation ou de mise en danger d’un enfant. Il est également interdit d’utiliser Partia pour organiser, encourager, menacer ou dissimuler de tels actes.

2. Signaler dans Partia

Un utilisateur peut signaler un message depuis le chat, signaler un participant après un créneau et bloquer immédiatement un autre utilisateur. Les signalements sont examinés par l’équipe Partia. Pour une alerte liée à la sécurité d’un enfant, écris aussi à info.partia@gmail.com.

Ne joins et ne transfère jamais d’image illégale. Indique seulement les identifiants utiles, le créneau, le compte ou le message concerné et une brève description.

3. Actions de Partia

Après connaissance d’un contenu ou comportement suspect, Partia peut masquer ou retirer le contenu, restreindre ou bannir un compte, préserver de façon limitée les éléments nécessaires à l’enquête et coopérer avec les autorités compétentes. Un cas confirmé est signalé à l’autorité régionale compétente ou au NCMEC lorsque la loi ou la juridiction applicable l’exige.

4. Danger immédiat

Si un enfant est en danger immédiat, contacte sans attendre les services d’urgence ou les forces de l’ordre de ton pays. Le signalement dans Partia ne remplace pas un appel d’urgence.

5. Contact sécurité enfants

Point de contact désigné : info.partia@gmail.com. Ce contact peut recevoir les notifications de Google Play et les alertes relatives aux abus ou à l’exploitation sexuelle des enfants.

1. Zakázaný obsah a správanie

Prísne zakázané sú: materiály zobrazujúce sexuálne zneužívanie detí (CSAM), sexuálne oslovovanie alebo manipulácia maloletého, grooming, sexuálne vydieranie, sexualizácia maloletého, obchodovanie s deťmi a akékoľvek iné zneužívanie, vykorisťovanie alebo ohrozovanie dieťaťa. Partiu nemožno používať na organizovanie, podporovanie, vyhrážanie sa ani skrývanie takýchto činov.

2. Nahlásenie v aplikácii Partia

Používateľ môže nahlásiť správu v chate, nahlásiť účastníka po termíne a okamžite zablokovať iného používateľa. Hlásenia preveruje tím Partia. Upozornenie týkajúce sa bezpečnosti dieťaťa môžeš poslať aj na info.partia@gmail.com.

Nikdy neprikladaj ani neposielaj ďalej nezákonné obrázky. Uveď iba potrebné identifikátory, termín, účet alebo správu a stručný opis.

3. Opatrenia Partia

Po zistení podozrivého obsahu alebo správania môže Partia obsah skryť alebo odstrániť, obmedziť či zablokovať účet, v nevyhnutnom rozsahu uchovať podklady na vyšetrovanie a spolupracovať s príslušnými orgánmi. Potvrdený prípad bude oznámený príslušnému regionálnemu orgánu alebo NCMEC, ak to vyžaduje platné právo alebo jurisdikcia.

4. Bezprostredné nebezpečenstvo

Ak je dieťa v bezprostrednom nebezpečenstve, okamžite kontaktuj tiesňovú linku alebo políciu vo svojej krajine. Nahlásenie v aplikácii Partia nenahrádza tiesňové volanie.

Určený kontaktný bod: info.partia@gmail.com. Tento kontakt prijíma oznámenia od Google Play aj upozornenia týkajúce sa sexuálneho zneužívania alebo vykorisťovania detí.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

Strictly prohibited are child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual solicitation or manipulation of a minor, grooming, sextortion, sexualisation of a minor, child trafficking, and any other abuse, exploitation or endangerment of a child. Partia must not be used to arrange, encourage, threaten or conceal such conduct.

2. Reporting in Partia

A user can report a chat message, report a participant after a meetup and immediately block another user. Reports are reviewed by the Partia team. For a child-safety concern, also contact info.partia@gmail.com.

Never attach or forward illegal imagery. Provide only the relevant identifiers, meetup, account or message and a short description.

3. Partia’s response

After becoming aware of suspected content or conduct, Partia may hide or remove content, restrict or ban an account, preserve limited information needed for an investigation and cooperate with competent authorities. A confirmed case is reported to the relevant regional authority or to NCMEC where required by applicable law or jurisdiction.

4. Immediate danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your country’s emergency services or law enforcement without delay. Reporting in Partia is not a substitute for an emergency call.
